Mr. Dolley is responsible for the utilities budget at 31 Orange County Public Schools. He maintains utility database to track performance of school sites and administrative offices. Manage the Energy Incentive program at assigned schools. Perform energy audits of school buildings. Manage Solar Energy program for school system. He developed bio-diesel Alternative Fuels program for the Operations & Maintenance Department.  His duties also include providing on-site training to school staff in energy efficiency and providing management presentation of energy program performance to school administrators and principals.
