Exhibitor Information

Friday October 12, 2007 at the Embassy Suites Hotel

Exhibit set up is at 7:30am. Attendee registration begins at 8:30 am. Table and two chairs will be provided with a skirt. Exhibitions end at 6 pm. If you have an exhibit for two days at the Embassy Suites Hotel, you can leave your material there over night.

Friday October 13 at Lake Eola Park

Exhibit set up at 7:00 am. Attendees are set to arrive at 9am. Table, two chairs, table cloth and a 10x10 tent will be provided. To bring your materials, you can drive up on Rosalind Ave for a couple of minutes to unload. Your vehicle cannot stay there for more than 10 minutes. There’s a nearby parking lot in front of the Orlando Public Library if you need a place to park. Exhibition break down is at 7:00pm.

Saturday, October 13 at Embassy Suites Hotel

Exhibit set up is at 9:30am. Sessions will begin at 10:00 am. Table and two chairs will be provided with a skirt. Exhibition breakdown is at 5:00 pm.
